China Power Lixin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou)
China Power Lixin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou) is a joint venture equally owned by Guangzhou Development Electric Power Group and China Power International Development. It boasts two 330MW combined heat and power units and simultaneously constructed desulfurization and denitrification facilities. The project, completed and put into operation in 2012, stands as a key provincial and municipal project.
The company originally had four 355KW and four 110KW Fusheng-branded air compressors. By installing meters on the existing compressed air system, our engineering personnel measured that the user's original compressed air system featured an average energy consumption gas-to-power ratio of 0.154 kWh/m³ and an average air consumption of about 330m³ for the original air compressor station. Based on the original gas-to-power ratio, Airboss utilized customized equipment to build an intelligent air compressor station, slashing more than 25% of electricity consumption by Lixin’s compressed air system and reducing maintenance costs by approximately 910,000 yuan per year.
