Anhui Tianneng Group
Anhui Tianneng Group is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of environmentally friendly batteries for electric vehicles, integrating the R&D, production, and sales of various new energy sources. It is a manufacturer of green energy solutions in China. The group originally operated eight air compressors, with a standard air consumption of 120-140 m³/min, a air-to-power ratio of 0.139 kWh/m³, an annual air consumption of around 57.6 million m³, and an annual electricity consumption of approximately 8 million kWh.
The original air compressor station faced challenges such as high energy consumption, elevated maintenance costs, a disordered station building, and an absence of data-based management. After the construction of Airboss' intelligent air compressor station , the air-to-power ratio dropped to 0.105 kWh/m³, leading to annual electricity savings of 1,958,400 kWh, roughly 160,000 kWh per month, and an estimated annual cost reduction of 1.27 million yuan. Airboss shares the cost savings on electricity and leverages IoT big data to enable the intelligent air compressor station to continuously operate energy-efficiently and safely, thus helping users save electricity, air, and effort.
