Moreover, oil filters at other filter fineness can be customized based on customer demands. According to different mounting methods, oil filters for air compressors are classified into external spin-on types and internally mounted types. Spin-on oil filters are composed of a housing, a separator element, a threaded cover plate, a check valve, a bypass valve, sealing elements, and others. According to the operating conditions of the applied air compressor and the characteristics of the lubricating oil, AIRBOSS oil filters can be matched with appropriate metal pieces, filter media, and sealing elements.  • A special thread treatment process
 AIRBOSS adopts threads rolled without cutting. These threads have smooth surfaces and high strength. They can make the oil filters, make installation easier, and prevent thread stagger.• An advanced filter paper solidification process 
 Filter media need to solidify in a tailor-made furnace during production. Solidification is a process conducted to increase the strength of filter media and ensure no occurrence of filter by-pass.
 To achieve uniform solidification, filter media solidification takes place when the media are flat and pleated. Concerning other brands, media solidification begins after separator element assembly, which may lead to solidification insufficiency and strength reduction. The strength of unsolidified media is extremely low. Once such media are impregnated with oil, it is much more likely for them to rupture.• Optimal durability 
 Complete chirring of the AIRBOSS oil filter ensures optimal strength and durability. 20% artificial fibers resistant to elevated temperature are added to the filter media, which can improve their clogging capacity and strength. After high-temperature solidification, optimal performance and flexural stiffness can be achieved. In this way, the carbonization of filter media in use is further avoided. As a result, both the strength and flexural stiffness of filter media always remain high.• Liquid filter media at various grades are applicable
