    AIRBOSS air tanks are made of rolled steel selected from large steel mills in China. The strength, toughness, hardness, and compositions of such rolled steel are all above national standards.

    • Welding process

    Thanks to automatic welding equipment with high operating efficiency, weld joints are flat and the lines are clear. 

    • Spraying process

    For corrosion and rust prevention and durability, antirust paint is sprayed exteriorly, while epoxy resin and others are selected for interior walls based on the practical application scenarios of products.

    • Sand-blasting process

    A large-sized sandblast device is used to achieve uniformly processed tank surfaces and glossy tank bodies.

    • Detection process

    An advanced detection device is used to perform flaw detection, hydrostatic testing and 100% non-destructive testing for all butt welds on the tank body. All products have passed the ISO9001 certification.
